All images on this website are copyright to Little M Photography. Please do not copy or save these images in any way.
Little M Photography retains the exclusive right to copy, edit and distribute any/all images created under this agreement, to the general public, for any reason, including but not limited to: advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions and educational seminars. The mediums for display could include newspapers, magazines, books, television, and the internet, but are not limited to only those mediums. This will be in place unless otherwise specified.
Covid19 Restrictions:
If you have tested positive for covid19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your session. If you have isolated for 7 days, but still have symptoms, please reschedule your session.
Behind the Scenes Photos:
Photos are not allowed to be taken during sessions. If you would like a sneak peak, behind the scenes photo or video, please let us know and we will be more than happy to do that for you!
Booking Fee:
Your session fee needs to be paid in order to secure your session. By making a booking, you acknowledge that all session fees are non-refundable. If you are unable on to attend your session, notice needs to be provided 24 hours before your session commences. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your session, your session is automatically canceled. In these cases, your deposit is forfeited and another deposit is required to rebook.
Artistic input:
Little M Photography edits all images provided to clients. RAW images will not be supplied.
If there are any specific edits that need to be attended to, client must advise the photographer at the photo session.
Newborn Sessions and Poses:
For all newborn sessions, a PDF information booklet will be sent. Please read carefully through instructions for information about preparing the baby for his/her session.
The number of images provided depend on how the session goes. If the baby is uncooperative, all poses may not be achievable. The photographer will work with how the baby reacts.
Turnaround time:
Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, though this is only an approximate timeframe. Your photos and orders will be completed as soon as possible.
Photo viewing:
A photo viewing appointment will be made after your session. This appointment takes approximately 30min-1hr. During this time, you will be able to go through all of your images. If there are any specific changes that you would like, you must notify the photographer. Additional edits after the order has been collected, will incur a fee. Your $50 print voucher must be used at your photo viewing and cannot be used for digital image purchases.
Photo/frame orders:
Orders can be placed at your photo viewing session. Orders require a 50% deposit or full payment on the day. By placing your order, you are committed to buy the ordered products. This amount is non-refundable due to change of mind. Prints will be reviewed on pick up and cannot be returned after being approved.
Image Storage:
Images will be kept on file for 1 year. After this, Little M Photography is not liable for any images. If after 1 year, images are requested that are still on file, there will be a fee of $35.
Limit of Liability:
In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Little M Photography’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, then a reshoot will be arranged at no additional cost.
Vouchers:
Voucher’s can be purchased to any amount and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We will not be liable for any lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to a different family. The amount can be used for any type of photographic session, including newborn, family, maternity or cake smash.
Prices that are agreed upon when purchasing a voucher are valid for 3 months, after that, prices are subject to change without notice.
